At Rescue Village we are guided by an ethic of compassion. Our Humane Education department recognizes that the kids of today are the animal guardians of tomorrow. We also know that children and adults who learn to extend kindness and care towards animals are more likely to treat other people with respect.

All of our education programs are designed to foster values of respect, compassion, and a reverence for life. The interactive lessons we teach were developed in conjunction with the Humane Society of the United States, the American Humane Society, and the ASPCA. Rescue Village offers educational programs to individuals as well as civic, community, professional, and school groups.
